Self Portraits can be quite a learning experience. It is very introspective. I tend to believe that I see myself in so many ways. It is hard to like what you see at times, but in the end you realize that you are an artist. Vivian Meier is one of the artists that I look up to in many ways. Her work was not published until after she had passed. I feel that the way she took self portraits spoke a lot about who she was. This is me being able to let me be able to learn to accept me for who I am as a human being.
